From the window of his Tel Aviv office, Roi Kuper, head of the photography department of the “Camera Obscura” School, follows the construction of a new building that rises in front of it.

This is a photographic follow-up that is not merely documentary, echoing  the familiar feeling at the sight of a building that suddenly and in one fell swoop turned from a skeleton into a finished building, from two floors to a high-rise, from a concrete block to a finished structure, and that, seemingly at once ,altered the environment and its scale, and made us forget the surface that existed before the building was completed. Kuper describes it thus:"To perpetuate too much of the tiny change, without noticing it. It is a manner of collecting internal changes... The building being built in front of the window draws your attention in the direction of  internal listening, paying attention to the imperceptible changes that are intensifying.
